Linked below are the psych sheets and and timeline for Friday and Saturday. Be aware that the timeline is computer generated sand does not account for any DQ pauses, or timer marches for 25’s, so the farther into the meet, the less accurate it is, but it will serve as a good baseline. Also, a psych sheet is not a heat sheet, it only shows predicted placement based on seed times.

Final League Entries
See league entries below and in the sidebar. I think I have fielded all changes and additions, but please take one more look because I can modify until 4pm today. After 4pm the entries are sent and cannot be modified without a penalty to the team. Please email ethan.schick@gmail.com with any questions or changes.
Relays are also posted. For the championship style meets we will put up the fastest relays. This is different than the rest of the season where we try to get everyone in a relay, but know if you are not in a relay, you are considered an alternate and may be called to swim.
League 2nd Draft
Thank you for the emails with additional league entries. Also, huge congratulations to a few swimmers who qualified for league at the last chance meet today! Please see the updated league entries below. Additions and modifications can still be made if needed. Please email ethan.schick@gmail.com.
Swim Team: League Week
We have made it to League week! If your swimmer did not qualify for League, they will not practice this week.
Summary:
– Monday: Practice for League qualifiers only this week. 13 and older (6:30-8am) / 12 and under (8-9am)
– Wednesday: Team Movie Night at 8:45pm
– Friday: League 400s
– Saturday: League
– Week of 7/24: State Week + TEAM BANQUET
Details:
– Team Movie Night: By popular vote, we will be watching Kung Fu Panda! Drop your kids around 8:45 and be sure to be back at the pool at 10pm to pick them up. Parents/sibling are also welcome. This is a non-swimming event and we kindly ask that swimmers don’t bring friends that are not a part of the team. Pajamas and blankets are encouraged.
– League: Please visit the Practice/Events page on our website to see the breakdown on League dates/times/events. The 400s will be on Friday morning at the Genesee pool and the remainder of the events will be on Saturday at the Wheatridge pool. Our team’s responsibility for League is Timing. We will need 5 people per shift with 5 shifts total. (It will be a long day!) Please sign up to help.
–League Entries: League entries are due by Sunday night. The coaches will be working with your swimmer if they are qualified in more than 3 events.
–League Caps: If your swimmer is going to League, the coaches will give them their League cap at the meet. All teams are required to wear a team cap at League and State.
– Practice times for State week will be as follows: 13 and older (7-8am) / 12 and under (8-9am). League week practice times stay the same.
– Team Banquet: Please make sure our team banquet is on your calendar. It is a pot-luck event and the pool will be closed for our team. It is a fun end-of-season celebration with funny stories, inspiring awards and a well-deserved closure to another great season. If you miss the banquet, we will put the swimmers file in the Lifeguard office for swimmers to pick up all of their ribbons, awards, etc.
League First Draft
Please check the following entries for accuracy. These are just individuals because we need to confirm numbers before we make relays. If there are any changes or additions there is still time (but not much time, entries due Monday). Please email ethan.schick@gmail.com to make changes or additions.
Last Home Meet: How to Pick Events
This might be the last meet for many of our swimmers. Please look through the Top Times report with your swimmer and look for the following things:
1-Are they close to a League (A) time? If so, they should swim those events on Saturday to try to qualify.
2- Have they swam in all individuals events available in their age group (7 events for 12 and unders, 8 events for 13 and older). If willing, maybe encourage them to try a new event.
The Gators have special awards at the Banquet for swimmers that swim in all events. No qualifying times needed, just a time without a DQ.
1- The IRON GATOR award: your swimmer can earn this by swimming in every event in their age group over the course of the season. We highly encourage this!
2- The STEEL GATOR award: this is for swimmers that qualify for League in every event in their age category.
3- The GOLDEN GATOR award: this is for swimmers that qualify for State in every event in their age category.
