Hey All
Hope you have all recovered of the past week and a half. I know spending some time in New Orleans was just what the doctor ordered. For all of you that have not yet picked up your state awards they are at the pool so stop by and pick them up. I have posted the clinic info to the right of this post. I would strongly recommend all of you attend the clinics they will greatly improve your swimming. See you in a few weeks.
