Monday 5/22 @ GMSC (Dryland Training Only)
3:15pm – 4:00 pm (13 and older)
4:00pm – 5:00pm (12 and under)
*please wear sneakers, bathing suits not needed.
Tuesday 5/23, Wednesday 5/24 and Thursday 5/25 @ Splash in Golden
3:00 – 4:00 pm (13 and older)
4:00 – 5:00 pm (12 and under)
Friday 5/26 – no practice. Happy Memorial Day weekend!

  1. Is there still dryland practice for under 12 from 4-5pm today? It doesn’t specifically mention that age in the latest update.
